Return & Refund Policy

At beleave new skin, your satisfaction is our top priority. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you may return items and request a refund, in full compliance with U.S. consumer protection standards. We aim to make this process simple, transparent, and fair.

1. General Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return, all items must be:

  • In original condition, unused, unwashed, and undamaged

  • In the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

2. Right to Cancel (Buyer's Remorse)

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return it within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.

How to request: Contact us at sac@beleavenewskin.com with your order number and the reason for return.

Return shipping: Return shipping is free for cancellations within the 7-day period. We will provide a prepaid return label or instructions upon approval.

Refund timeline: Once the product is received and inspected, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method. See Section 7 for details.

3. Defective or Faulty Products

If you receive a defective or faulty product, you may request a return, replacement, or refund.

Eligible timeframes:

  • 30 days for non-durable goods (e.g., skincare, cosmetics)

  • 90 days for durable goods (e.g., home & kitchen items)

How to report: Contact sac@beleavenewskin.com with a description of the issue and clear photos or videos.

Resolution options:

  • Repair (if applicable)

  • Replacement with the same or similar product

  • Store credit (voucher)

  • Full refund

Shipping costs: Return and replacement shipping are 100% covered by beleave new skin in these cases.

4. Exchanges (Size, Color, Model)

We allow voluntary exchanges for another size, color, or model within 30 calendar days of delivery, provided the item is in perfect condition.

Conditions:

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

  • Exchanges depend on stock availability

  • If the desired item is unavailable, you may opt for a store credit or a refund of the item value (excluding original shipping costs)

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or damaged items caused by improper handling

  • Products without original packaging, tags, or accessories

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Intimate, hygiene, or perishable items (unless defective)

  • Digital products after access has been granted

  • Final sale or clearance items

6. Return Instructions

Once your return is approved:

  • You will receive clear return instructions and a prepaid shipping label (if eligible)

  • Returns must be shipped using a valid tracking number

  • Please pack the item securely to avoid damage during transit

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status.

If approved:

  • Credit card payments: Refund will be issued to your original card within 5–10 business days

  • Other payments (e.g., PayPal, Shop Pay, etc.): Refunds follow the processing times of the selected provider

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product

In case of voluntary exchanges or returns, only the product value will be refunded.

8. Cancellations Before Shipping

If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet been dispatched are eligible for full cancellation and refund.
