At beleave new skin, our mission is to ensure that your order arrives quickly, safely, and reliably. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your purchases.
1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We offer standard shipping across the United States with the following estimated delivery time:

Standard Shipping: 10 to 15 business days after dispatch.
Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carriers and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, customs inspections, or logistical delays.
3. Shipping Costs

Free standard shipping is available on all orders.

No additional shipping charges apply unless explicitly stated during promotional campaigns or for special shipping services.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to follow your package.
You may also check your order status directly through our website or the carrier's tracking page.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

We will contact you to confirm a corrected address.

Re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
6. Undeliverable Packages
If the carrier is unable to complete the delivery after multiple attempts and the package is returned:

We will notify you promptly.

The customer will be responsible for any reshipment charges.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

In the event of a confirmed lost or stolen package, we will offer a replacement (subject to product availability) or a full refund.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging.

If the damage is noticed after delivery, you must notify us within 7 calendar days.
8. Shipping Availability
At this time, beleave new skin ships exclusively to addresses within the United States.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
